We have a new employee on our analysis team – Sanne de Jong Helvig!
Sanne is joining the ever growing-team at the Stavanger office. She finished her master thesis in 2020 in Trondheim within fluid engineering looking at near wakes and upstream blockage effects on turbines. After graduating she worked four years in Equinor in Oslo before recently moving home to Stavanger to get closer to family and mountains.
What brought you to Kjeller Vindteknikk?
I am passionate about renewable energy and especially wind power. I was searching for a place where I could work with what I love, and where my personal values align with those of the company and the team. That’s when I found Kjeller Vindteknikk. Excited and ready for a new challenge, I sent an open application, and luckily, Kjeller Vindteknikk had a spot for me. After a month here, I already feel like I found the type of environment where I can thrive.
What are your expectations towards working at Kjeller Vindteknikk?
My new colleagues at Kjeller Vindteknikk are very knowledgeable and experienced, and I expect that I will learn a lot from them. Being part of this team will surely offer a wealth of opportunities for me to deepen and broaden my skillset. I look forward to working on interesting projects, collaborating with engaged colleagues, and helping the team to continuously improve.
